“Before I learned to answer you, I wandered all over the place, but now I’m in step with your Word.” Psalm 119:67 The Message

 Are you learning …?

You were born with flaws. There was nothing you could do about it. It didn’t matter where you were born … what you were born with … or who you were born. You will wander all over the place without God. You’ll wander into all kinds of places. You’ll wander into people that will leave you wondering how you ever got that far down the road. Your aim is to wander with The Wandering One throughout your day … your work … your errands … your marriage … you children. His aim is to keep you in step with His Word. Jesus doesn’t clean up your flaws … He exchanges his flawlessness for all of your flaws. God’s love for you is so great … so big … and so unbelievable that all you can say is: This is God’s work in me! He is working in me brick by brick — room by room — working His salvation through every part of your life. It only takes a moment to stop wandering alone … and stand on the capstone named Jesus.

“Thank you for responding to me; you’ve become my salvation! The stone the masons discarded as flawed is now the capstone! This is God’s work. We rub our eyes — we can hardly believe it! Psalm 118:21-23 The Message
