What does God want for you …? (5)

God wants you to live the generous gift of his life. You have to receive it. This new life is yours today. You don’t have to try to be different … Living your life in Christ … a generous life of love … will affect the world you live in. You will be different. You no longer belong to the world you live in, but to the “far better” world of God and His family. Do you need His help today? Are you focused with Jesus in the center? Are you prepared to “pass along the gift” today. Remember: As a Follower of Jesus Christ: You’ve received a generous gift … You’ve been given  God sized tasks … and it only takes a moment … You could never achieve it on your own. You can never work from Christ’s focused life in your own strength. You cannot maintain a resurrected life without God wanting you to share this generous … urgent task of living His life by passing it along to those you love. No matter how good life has been on the earth … life in Christ is about receiving the freedom to enter an obedient life.

“Our firm decision is to work from this focused center. One man died for everyone. That puts everyone in the same boat. He included everyone in his death so that everyone could also be included in his life, a resurrection life, a far better life than people ever lived on their own.” 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 The Message
