“God went for the jugular when he sent his own Son. He didn’t deal with the problem as something remote and unimportant. In his Son, Jesus, he personally took on the human condition, entered the disordered mess of struggling humanity in order to set it right once and for all.” Romans 8:3… The Message

What about you…?

No one escapes the (mess of living in this) broken and dislocated mess of living in this world … You included. Your problems are not beyond His reach. Your struggles are not outside of His care. Your mess became personal on the cross. Sins .. struggles .. brokenness .. dislocated relationships .. unfixed problems .. all became personal to God … You included. Jesus is up to something in your life: fixing and fitting you together on the inside and on the outside. It became personal for Him. His whole life stepped into your messy life .. so you could be set right once for all time. You may still face times of painful brokenness and dislocated relationships while you follow Jesus. He’s gone for the “jugular” in every area of your life. And all the places inside of you that are messy … that no one else sees but you … get fixed and fit together in kingdom harmonies. His death counted 2000 years ago and it still counts for your life today. And He sends the Holy Spirit to reassure you that you belong to Him … once and for all. What about you…? No matter what you are facing today. Jesus has already entered the disordered mess of your life in order to set it right. It only takes a moment…

“Not only that, but all the broken and dislocated pieces of the universe — people and things, animals and atoms — get properly fixed and fit together in vibrant harmonies, all because of his death, his blood that poured down from the cross.” Colossians 1:20 The Message
