“God’s loyal love couldn’t have run out, his merciful love couldn’t have dried up. They’re created new every morning. How great is your faithfulness! I’m sticking with God. I’ll say it over and over. He’s all I’ve got left.” Lamentations 3:22-24 The Message

What about when you run out …?

He doesn’t compete for your love. He doesn’t have to. He knows you have a limited supply living in an over-demanding world. Your life is prone to running out and drying up. God’s love is unlike any other love competing for your affection. His love is new every morning … this morning … just for you. Your life isn’t graded on a scale as to how much love you deserve or have earned. The love God has for you will never run out … never dry up … never quit. Jesus offers you the same love he shared with the Father. You will never be able to reproduce God’s love in your own strength. You are invited by Jesus to trust him … to abide in him … to rest in him … to walk in the power of his love … to love the life that Jesus is living in you today. He said He would supply all that you need. You’ll never receive more of the love of Christ by trying harder. His love never quits. You can place any or every situation in your life before Jesus and His love for you and all that you will face today or going forward. His love will never run out or quit.  Few will believe this promise and even fewer will live their lives so wholly dependent for God’s love. But Jesus will live this life in you today … He’s not going to walk out on your life. You can start by speaking these words when you run out: His love never quits! It is not up to you to produce such a love. And Jesus… He really does want to be the “all I’ve got left” in every area of your life. It only takes a moment …

“Thank God because he’s so good, because his love never quits” Psalm 118:1 The Message
