“It stands to reason, doesn’t it, that if the alive-and-present God who raised Jesus from moves into your life, he’ll do the same thing in you that he did in Jesus, bringing you alive to himself? When God lives and breathes in you (and he does, as surely as he did in Jesus) you are delivered from that dead life…” Romans 8:10- The Message

Do you really want to know God’s plan for your life …?

… To make you alive .. in Christ. But … what about  _______? God wants you to be fully alive in the life He has given you in Jesus. He didn’t just breathe life into your dead life. He delivered you from that dead life. He doesn’t want you dragging it around. He’s moved into your life with all of His Spirit .. His Un-condemning Spirit .. His Alongside Spirit .. His Nothing-Can-Separate-You-From-The-Love-of-Christ Spirit. Jesus knows exactly what you need to hear in the deepest places of your heart today. He knows exactly where you are trying or being tempted to fill in the lesser-spaces of  your life. He knows the exact weight of all of the things you are carrying inside. And what does God want for you? To make you alive .. in Christ. In each of our lives there are those places we just cannot believe that God will clean up .. deliver .. make whole .. purify .. restore .. renew .. fully forgive .. and lovingly abide in. Remember His plan … To make you alive .. in Christ. And if God is making you alive in Christ (and He already has!) .. how much more should you look at the lives around you with that hope .. that trust .. and that all-out-love. It only takes a moment .. he’ll do the same thing in you that he did in Jesus .. bringing you alive to himself! …
