“He trained us first, passed us like silver through refining fires, Brought us into hardscrabble country, pushed us to our very limit, Road-tested us inside and out, took us to hell and back; Finally he brought us to this well-watered place” Psalm 66:9-12 The Message

What kind of grip does God have in your life…?

You are marked as a Follower of Jesus. Your life … your heart … your struggles … your joys … your conflicts … your failures … your successes … your strengths … your weaknesses … everything in your life is marked with the well-watered grace of God’s loyal love. He is going to use everything in and around your life … sometimes it will be the very limits … hell and back refining fires … real places of hurt and sometimes hopelessness. But …. The Grace Marking One will stay with you … in you …  in unbreakable loyal love. He is an inside and out saving God! And you belong to Him … and He ain’t letting go … It only takes a moment to let Him pour the well of His grace into the driest … deepest … desiring places of your life.

“Blessed be God: he didn’t turn a deaf ear, he stayed with me, loyal in his love. God, mark us with grace and blessing! Smile! The whole country will see how you work, all the godless nations see how you save.” Psalm 66:20, Psalm 67:1 The Message

About Ken Chester

I love seeing Christ become alive and real in someone's life. It is amazing what happens when Jesus moves in and starts to renovate a life. When I'm not riding my road bike, I am usually walking our corgi named Trinity (she came that way) and corgi-lab named Lowrider. Carolyn and I are transforming our backyard. And a book is on the way. ...Stay tuned ... Ken
