“Christ’s life showed me how, and enabled me to do it … Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ … My ego is no longer central … Christ lives in me … Galatians 2:19-20 The Message

What is real about you today …?

Christ lives in you. Everyone you meet, serve, love, or care for is affected by your life and the life that Jesus is living in you today. You’re not on your own time .. living out of your own strength .. trying to live a pleasing life .. and hoping that it all turns out okay. If you are .. life is miserable .. no matter how you try to dress it up or convince everyone that life is good. This same Jesus .. crucified for you .. risen in you .. and living through you is the One who wants to enable you to live personally and intimately in his love today. If you are .. then you know that your life has been miraculously changed by God personally .. perfectly .. and  pleasingly. Your life resume will show high points and low points .. starts and stops .. victories and defeats .. struggles and achievements .. regrets and rewards .. rest and exhaustion .. dark secrets and open stories .. chaos and contentment .. green pastures and dry deserts .. dry times and abundant times .. weaknesses and strengths .. doubts and clarity .. ease and effort .. strongholds and surrender .. battles and peace. The old you is no longer central .. The old you is no longer calling the shots .. The old you has been crucified with Christ. Your new life is the best invitation you have ever received. It only takes a moment … a Christ-in-you-moment … and He will show you how to live today …

“Everything that goes into a life of pleasing God has been miraculously given to us by getting to know, personally and intimately, the One who invited us to God. The best invitation we ever received!” 2 Peter 1:3 The Message

About Ken Chester

I love seeing Christ become alive and real in someone's life. It is amazing what happens when Jesus moves in and starts to renovate a life. When I'm not riding my road bike, I am usually walking our corgi named Trinity (she came that way) and corgi-lab named Lowrider. Carolyn and I are transforming our backyard. And a book is on the way. ...Stay tuned ... Ken
