“So spacious is he, so roomy, that everything of God finds its proper place in him without crowding. Not only that, but all the broken and dislocated pieces of the universe — people and things, animals and atoms– get properly fixed and fit together in vibrant harmonies, all because of his death, his blood that poured down from the cross.” Colossians 1:19-20 The Message

There’s room for you …

Just as you are … there is room for your life to find healing and wholeness in the love of Christ without crowding. There is always room for your life with Jesus. All of your brokeness .. your worst thoughts .. your worst of everything finds healing and wholeness in the whole-making truth of Jesus. There is always room for you because Jesus is in the restoring business of broken and dislocated lives. You never know when it may happen or when an old wound may surface .. but He isn’t caught off guard or surprised by what appears in your life. He isn’t surprised because he’s already covered it on the cross. Jesus knows exactly those places in you that are broken .. covered up in shame .. hidden with guilt. He is the business of restoring overrun lives … out of breath lives .. and out of hope lives. There’s room for you … always .. anytime .. and at any moment …

“God wants us to grow up, to know the whole truth and tell it in love — like Christ in everything. We take our lead from Christ, who is the source of everything we do. He keeps us in step with each other. His very breath and blood flow through us, nourishing us so that we will grow up healthy in God, robust in love.” Eph. 4:14-16 The Message

About Ken Chester

I love seeing Christ become alive and real in someone's life. It is amazing what happens when Jesus moves in and starts to renovate a life. When I'm not riding my road bike, I am usually walking our corgi named Trinity (she came that way) and corgi-lab named Lowrider. Carolyn and I are transforming our backyard. And a book is on the way. ...Stay tuned ... Ken
