Ready to help.. Ready to ask?

May 16, 2014

“Now that we know what we have—Jesus, this great High Priest with ready access to God—let’s not let it slip through our fingers. We don’t have a priest who is out of touch with our reality. He’s been through weakness and testing, experienced it all—all but the sin. So let’s walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help.” Hebrews 4:14-16 The Message

Do you see what kind if faith you have. Your faith is based on God entering into every area .. every strain .. every struggle .. every temptation .. every weakness . and He never gave in. Jesus knows what you face in your life .. your situation .. and your circumstances. He is the only one who really understands your life. And instead of waiting for you to figure it out .. He offers to be your help. He won’t force himself on you or make you accept his help. He’s tied himself to relationship .. a relationship where He has gone the extra mile of your life. When it comes to your life, Jesus never gets stuck. He’s never in doubt. And the door is always open .. anytime .. any place .. anywhere you find your life. He’s there today .. for you .. and it only takes a moment …

About Ken Chester

I love seeing Christ become alive and real in someone's life. It is amazing what happens when Jesus moves in and starts to renovate a life. When I'm not riding my road bike, I am usually walking our corgi named Trinity (she came that way) and corgi-lab named Lowrider. Carolyn and I are transforming our backyard. And a book is on the way. ...Stay tuned ... Ken
